When I began competing, I spent days looking for a local coach. I landed on a "trainer" at my gym who had competed in bikini before but wrote me a set meal plan that led me to develop a completely unhealthy relationship with food. After my first competition, I rebounded instantly and had the lowest self-confidence that I have ever felt.
When I moved from Tallahassee, I wanted to get back into shape and discovered flexible dieting. I looked at a couple of coaches, and teams, but they were SO expensive. The coaching was great, but I just couldn't afford to keep paying essentially a second car payment every month. I have been coached by a few coaches in my career and have experience a variety of coaching styles. Ultimately, my choice in coach came down to who I resonated best with and helped me achieve my best look.
I have now competed in six national bikini competitions attempting to earn a pro card. I have finished 2nd at North Americans in 2024, 6th at the National Championship XXL in 2024, and 5th at the National Championship XXL in 2025. Each win has brought me 1-3 placing away from turning pro, and I'm NOT GIVING UP. I cannot wait to step foot on the Olympia Stage.
